Nice hotel, courteous staff. Outstanding and beautiful property units with a balcony, a King bed plus jacuzzi tub. Secluded location, not too far away from La Audiencia Beach. Restful stay, as always.
There was no elevator.

We had a fantastic stay at Las Hadas! Our room, the beautiful brisas suite, had a stunning view and was spacious. The service at the Brisas pool was excellent, especially Magdaleno who made sure we were well taken care of. The food at Los Delphines was outstanding, with a laid back atmosphere, and German, the captain, ensured we were spoiled. The breakfast at El Palamar was excellent, with Pedro and Nicholas catering to our every need. The staff, including Gerardo and Frederico, made our time by the pool and beach enjoyable. Las Hadas is a unique and beautiful resort that we highly recommend!

The complex is very beautiful, with a great view of the bay.
Unfortunately the food is only average. And with the exception of breakfast, the service in the restaurant was miserable: wait ten minutes for a waiter, wait ten minutes for the water - if it comes at all ...

The breakfast buffet received high praise with excellent staff and efficient egg cook. The architecture and beach were calm and lovely. The front desk and maid were helpful and attentive. The tennis instructor and beach staff contributed to a great holiday.

Big choice of food, very beautifully situated beach especially for children, because there are no big waves and the water is relatively shallow. The other beaches are mostly very steep.
The service leaves some wishes. We often had to look for someone or at least contact the staff directly to get drinks etc. I do not think that is ok in this price range. With a small child this accommodation is also difficult, as there are no lifts and only a few ramps.
